Code of Conduct
The DotNetCode Community is committed to delivering a conference that reflects the diversity of its community and provides a harassment-free conference experience for all, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance or gender. It is important to remember that a community where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not productive.
We expect XmasDev Conference attendees to be respectful when dealing with other attendees.
Harassment of XmasDev Conference participants will not be tolerated in any form. Harassment includes abusive verbal comments relating to ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance or gender, sexual imagery in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, chasing, harassing photographs or recordings, prolonged disruption of speech or other events, inappropriate contact and unwelcome attention . Participants who have been asked to stop any harassing behavior are required to comply immediately.
If a participant or exhibitor engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, ranging from a simple warning of the offender to expulsion from the congress. If you are harassed, you notice that someone else is harassed or you have other doubts, contact the organization immediately.
Conference staff will be happy to help those who experience harassment feel safe throughout the conference.
We appreciate your presence.
